  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your package is delivered safely.

1.5 Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
